Is this enviromental safe?

I just called Adam's support and spoke to Christian. It is NOT BIODEGRADABLE and everyone should be clear on that. It is "bio friendly" ie "won't kill anything". Look elsewhere for biodegradeable car shampoo - which is rare and usually weak compared to non-biodegradeable counterparts

What makes this twice the price as any other ph neutral soap?

I USE IT IN A FOAM CANNON. 3 OZ. PER QUART. IT LASTS FOREVER AND IS A GREAT PRODUCT. WILL NOT USE ANYTHING ELSE ON MY CAR. BUY IT YOU WON'T REGRET IT. WELL WORTH THE PRICE

I removed the black cap from the gallon and noticed red cap that was inserted in the mouth of the gallon (prevent spills?) Is it normal?

Yes, I usually just throw away the red cap after I open it.

Hi, currently using adams car shampoo and sonax (243400) spray and seal, do you have a better product or way for this full protection?

We would recommend using Adam's Graphene CS3 which is a very versatile product that can be used as a spray and wipe, drying aid, or waterless wash. We believe this will outperform because of the Graphene Oxide technology. If you wanted an apples to apples product we would recommend Adam's H2O Guard & Gloss which has been a fan favorite for years. Thanks!

This is such a great product. You can leave it on the car in direct sunlight without issues and suds up well using high pressure hose. In fact I have bought the detail spray which gives the finishing touches to the car. I am thinking of the grid buckets and the wash mid as the quality is second to none. Keep washing!

Excellent shampoo

This is the best car shampoo I have ever used. I have ceramic coating, foam on, pressure clean, go for a drive to dry off and job is done. Excellent product.
