It's made in China. It's not a replica as it doesn't claim to be a Remoska. The technology is the same as for a Czech cooker.

With the highest temperature 365° is it good to bake chicken that normally bakes in 420 °?

Good question, you have to preheat this cooker for 15 minutes before you add chicken parts and then its good, but not like from original remoska...

How many watt at the highest setting?

15A at 125V. I believe that would max it out at 1875W.
