Good gluten free finally!
Love these! I didn't get that aftertaste you normally get with gluten-free items. I added a little sugar for the firmer crust and tasted great. The texture was crunchy and spot on.

Great product! Made a tasty and easy "graham cracker" crust for mini cheesecakes. One batch of crumb crust was enough to make 24 little cheesecakes in cupcake liners. I took them to an event as a gluten-free option and received lots of complements. A bit pricy, but the quality is great and not totally unreasonable for occasional use. The price was the only reason I gave four stars instead of five. Three-pack was a better value than purchasing singles. I would buy this again.

has potato starch
it may be very good, but I didn't catch in the ingredients before I bought that it has potato starch. I will use it but very little at a time. Potatoes are not good for my grass allergies.
