I normally wear a half-size. Do you recommend rounding up or down?

For comfort purposes go a size up. FYI...I work in a haunted house and have to stand for 5 to 7 hours a might. I love these shoes. I do purchase a new pair every year because I wear them so much. They are pretty comfortable for this type of shoe

They are gold on both the black boots and the brown boots I purchased. I would have preferred silver, but gold is acceptable.

Is a size 12 true to size or smaller?

I bought a size 7 and it was true to fit but I returned item due to how the top of boot guy. There was excess of boot material that caused bubbling effect
