New Star Foodservice Commercial Grade Silicone Baking Mat Non-Stick Pan Liner, 8 x 12 Inch (Quarter Size)

These mats are absolutely awesome!! I bought two and am very pleased with the outcome of cooking with them. They brown my veggie patties, cookies, and I have had NO smoking problems at all. I have used these mats at 400 degrees and lower, with no difficulty. I just love the clean up! So easy to clean by using hot water and a sponge. If the mat does not come clean, I then use a light duty scrubber that is used for non stick pots and pans. I am a plant based eater and use no oils or fats in my food so these are great for my type of baking. I did bake cookies for someone else and found that store-pre-made cookies, with butter and oils in them, made these mats a little harder to clean but in no way difficult. A little soapy light duty scrubber and a little scrubbing, is all it takes. Truly, nothing sticks to these! Even burnt edges don't stick. Veggie burgers of all kinds just brown right up on these.

I purchased this item when I purchased new 1/4 sheet pans. The silicon pads are a perfect fit and makes clean ups easy and efficient. The quarter sheet pans are the perfect size for a number of uses in our kitchen. Only wish we bought these sooner.

I am having great success with these. I used one on a baking sheet to cook granola. I made the recipe a few times and it came out good using a black lining sheet (not silicone), but it is thin and moves around a lot and had to be cut to the right size and is re-usable, but a lot of fiddling about...When I used one of these, it stayed put, even though it didn't quite cover the pan perfectly, it did a great job.After the granola was cool, I took it off the baking sheet, it was solid, golden, crispy and nice and shiny underneath. It was so much easier. I stored them on the baking sheets for the next time.They are a nice size for my Hamilton Beach counter top oven.

I got it to take the place of foil in my toaster oven for stuff like garlic bread or whatever, and a big problem is it's floppy so any oil or drippings run off when u pick it up so u kinda gotta let it get cold and hard or be careful and maybe more mess in the toaster oven anyway. It's totally oven proof though and doesn't leave a funny taste like I've heard other people say about this kind of product. I will say it has some Browning I can't scrub off after my like 20th greasy bakes product but it doesn't seem to be anything but visually unpleasing.

This silicone baking sheet perfectly fits inside a standard quarter sheet baking sheet. Because silicone baking sheets provide a bit of insulation while baking, I find this sheet perfect for baking my scones. The bottoms brown but don't burn, as they would if I used parchment paper or non-stick foil. Baked goods release with no issues. It's easy to clean using warm, soapy water.These baking sheets are very reasonably priced, so replacement of the sheet if/when it wears out will not break the bank. I plan to purchase another for my remaining quarter sheet pan.

This is a great item for bakers. Cookies come out so much nicer and they are easy to get off the pan. I have exotic birds so I cannot use Teflon coated products to cook with (Teflon fumes are harmful to birds). This baking sheet is so easy to clean I use Dawn because the other dish soaps left the sheet feeling a bit greasy. I have used it for cooking veggies and also chicken. I spray them with a tiny bit of olive oil and then bake which is a healthy way to eat. I did buy a silicone spatula to use with the sheet as I didn't want to scratch it up.

I'll start by saying that I am fully aware of what these are used for and how they work. As far as non-stick silicone mats go, this one is perfectly non-stick. 3-stars for working as it is supposed to. What keeps it from reaching a better rating is the size, and this is a common problem with many of these baking mats. It is one of the few mats available that will fit in a quarter sheet pan. If you have a small oven (or live almost anywhere in Europe) the half-sized sheet pans are not an option, and neither are the mats designed to fit them.But this is too small. A quarter-sized pan is already rather limiting, but a silicone mat that leaves an inch between the pan walls and the mat is too much wasted space.Sadly, there aren't many better options short of buying a larger mat and cutting it to size. Be warned, if you choose this route you will need to either find a mat with no fiberglass reinforcement woven in, or engineer a way to cover the fibers that are exposed from cutting.It works. If you need one, go for it, but the size will probably bug you.

Excellent non-stick pan liners that make cleanup a breeze. I’m not sure why there are some negative reviews about sizing, but having bought six of these I can say with certainty that they fit my Sur La Table quarter sheet pans perfectly. For those who said these left gaps, perhaps it is more about the quality of the pans rather than the size of these liners. Overtime like any pan liner they will have some discoloration and so I replace mine about every two years, and when I do I save the old ones to use for broiler cooking.
