Hows the quality of puzzles i just purchased a different brand and the came out wrinkled everywhere while i did not move the press?

They would not sublimate. After pressing only faint image on puzzle pieces. I tried changing time, pressure and heat with no luck. Would not recommend.

Can you use infusible ink on these?

Yes infusible ink is sublimation.

Why won’t these sublimate? Is their a plastic I need to remove or something?

I had no issues sublimating on these so not sure. Mine did not have a protective coating that needed removed. What time, temp and pressure are you using? I kept the cardboard backing on the back of the puzzle, placed design face down on puzzle and covered with butcher paper, pressed on heavy pressure @ 385 degrees F for 50 seconds. I also lined my heatpress platen with butcher paper.

My images are orange, what am i doing wrong?

Have you checked your printer settings ? If so need to check your pressure and time and temp. I put mind a decent pressure 400 degrees and 60seconds
