Once it is dried is it spongy or solid hard ? And what temp it can resist?

It’s solid yet a bit spongy - think Thermocol packaging.. it is flammable so you may want to avoid areas with proximity to fire. Ideal for cracks and gaps, installation of doors and windows.

Can i use this foam for making motorcycle seat?

no it is not for making seat. you try this spread pu foam in a seat format when it dry then paint it. it become solid . then you use as e seat
