Prongs were bent when the package was opened.
The male prong on both were bent when I opened the product. One fell off and the other lasted about ten minutes before breaking.

Get job done
What bothered me was that I ordered this product a second time around and what they sent me was the smaller of the 2 items shown. Both adapters were broken. So when I requested replacement they sent me the larger package shown(which is was what was sent the first time I originally ordered & why I decided to reorder) so what’s the deal, trying to get away with sending a cheaper version?!?!Not cool…

Disappointed
The reason why I purchase this is because it suppose to support calls. Descriptions: [Apple MFi Certified] Headphone Adapter for iPhone, Belcompany 2 Pack Lightning to 3.5mm AUX Earphone Audio Stereo Converter Compatible with iPhone 13/12/11/XS/XR/X/iPad, Support Call & Music Control. Unfortunately this does not support calls. I am unable to hear caller when using this device. The calls still comes through speaker on phone and not headset. It works fine for music. I have an IPhone 13.

Product works fine
I had to add my phone to listen in my brother's old car. It worked fine.

Working at times
I ordered these ports for my iPhone. Sometimes it works and sometimes it does not. I have to play with the port to get it to work in my car at times. Once it starts working, I have no issues with the port.

Mostly good with one caveat
These work better than the last ones I had and are recognized by the phone quickly. The sound quality is good enough for most uses, but I docked one star because of occasional crackling. It’s rare enough that I don’t care to replace the adapter, so it’s pretty rare and may also be related to the headphones I’m using, but I don’t have the issue on other devices.

Does Not Work for Calling
The audio works just fine (itunes, etc) , but this product does NOT work for iPhone calling. The customer service of this provider, however, is excellent. They quickly sent me a second set but it too did not work for calling. Got a different adapter and that worked just fine.
