Can this be used on a USB outlet in a European Country that has 220 volts?

It charges off USB.. if you have a European USB block charger it'll work. An American USB charger won't even plug into the wall. I only charge mine every 6 months or so.. it holds an awesome charge. I only use it once a week though.
