Nature Made Women's Multivitamin Tablets, 90 Count for Daily Nutritional Support

When I was a kid Flinstones vitamins were what everyone used. These seem to have the same quality and my kids love them. In fact we have to keep the bottle up high to make sure they don't try to eat too many of them and have to ask an adult to be able to get to them. Good price, my kids love them, and they are healthy.

I used to weigh close to 300 lbs. I am not saying this is the miracle multi-vitamin but I am going to tell you a little secret that may be widely well known by know! Take your multi-vitamin at night! Vitamins make you hungry and you can't be hungry if you are sleeping! You wake up feeling revived and ready to be on the go. After taking this multi-vitamin my iron was up and my levels were all where they should be which made my metabolism be at the even keel it needed to be in order to not be so lethargic and lazy. I got back in the gym and got my groove back. Don't skip out on this vitamin. It's a must have for multi-needs to be able to multi-task and get your body back in the swing of things!

Good multivitamin. It is a bit big, so may not be ideal if you have difficulty swallowing pills.

I'm a healthy young women, with a balanced diet and an active lifestyle, so most times for me it's hard to actually see results from supplements. But part of my lifestyle I do like to take a multi-vitamin and mineral supplement, and I liked the formulation of the `Multi For Her` from Nature Made. I do believe that a good blend of vitamins and minerals keeps my energy up during the day and I felt good while taking these. Usually a good mineral blend helps with muscle sores after an intense workout or hike, and these seemed like working. I didn't noticed any improvements in terms of reproductive health. I took them late winter - early spring, didn't noticed any impact on my immunity. As per the formula, I did like the extra Iron and Calcium (along with a decent D3 daily value), the amount of Folic Acid and that it doesn't overdue on the minerals (most are 100% of daily value). I personally preferred the low amount of Biotin (it supports hair and nail growth... but hair grows all over for some). But I would expected more Iron and Calcium (meaning more than 100% and 25%, respectively), given the target of the product. The pills are not to big and I usually take them with water on an empty stomach; I didn't noticed any bad aftertaste or reflux (even when fasting).

I AM FEELING SO ENERGISED I CAN ACTUALLY STAY UP LATER AND IT HELPS WITH MY CONCENTRATION. I REALLY DO FEEL GOOD WHEN I TAKE MY VITAMINS AND A FRIEND RECOMMEND IT TO ME AS SHE HAS BEEN USING IT AND SWEARS THAT THIS VITAMIN MAKES YOU FERTILE. IDK... BUT I KNOW IS THAT ITS WORTH EVERY PENNY .IT CONTAINS ALL THE VITAMINS FROM A - Z.

These things are humongous and kind of hard to swallow! They don't smell very pleasant, but I've had vitamins that smelled worse. The plus is they do their job and I've had more energy and my hair and nails are growing stronger. I've stayed pretty healthy. I do recommend eating something beforehand though because it makes me slightly nauseous if I don't. Vitamins affect everyone differently, but I would recommend it (only if you don't have a problem swallowing pills).

This is my second bottle of these! I will continue to order them from Amazon because they’re double the price at the big box store with a red bullseye as their sign. :/

my skin showed improvement, and I was able to stress a little less about getting all that I need in my diet. I eat healthy, but it is hard on campus to get all that I need, so I would stress out while at the dinning hall. I would work hard to get everything that I needed in my diet. Now I still work to get a variety, but the holes that pop up in my diet are covered by this pill. it is a large pill but you can get over it. Suck it up... maybe? or you could always get gummie vitamins like a child. It's up to you.
