Not Real Sure About This Type of Magnesium
I play a LOT of tennis and after a day on the court I need some electrolyte replacements, especially before I go to bed. I always take magnesium in some form (except oxide - the worst form) to help me relax, keep my heart rate even, and to keep restless leg syndrome at bay. I usually take 4 capsules at one time about 30 minutes before bedtime but I've noticed that I still get a little bit of restless leg syndrome. If I take more I get the squirts in the morning and it has to be from the magnesium. I'm just not sure about this kind or is it mixed with some magnesium oxide which basically goes straight on through without doing much good at all. I don't know, but I probably won't be buying this type again. I'm going back to magnesium glycinate when this bag is empty.

Pro's if you are having difficulty with you're hormones as a young lady or older look know farther stop here these are really good I have seen them work for me, more ways then one, so don't hesitate to grab a personal bottle for you, make sure to consult with your doctor I'm sure they will agree 100% trust me they really work, l hope that you enjoy your purchase just as much as I do mines, ln by the way I'm on my 2nd pack there's no con's to be report 👍
