First you clean your mats in warm soapy water, pat them dry, then I squeezed a small amount of glue on to the mat & used a small sponge to spread it evenly all over the mat. After 30mins l applied a second coat and left to dry once more and that was them, once again sticky like new!

Can this be used to recoat a light, standard and strong grip mat? How??

After you have cleaned and dried a mat you lightly dab small amounts on and wipe. It does NOT need alot!! Works well and highly praised on fb groups.
