Hi, can I use the paint in plastic for scale models?

Yes they can. They are a bit glossy,, and I found that glossy paint does not cover plastic very well. You will want to spray a primer on your plastics first to give it a bit of a bite.

What size bins do i need to hold these paints .?ntsntshese

Depending on how many you get a regular shoe box should be just fine to store them

Can these be used on fabric, to decorate a shirt?

Wash shirt prior to painting. Let dry for at least 24 hours. Then heat set for permanency and washability. I would Google it for exact instructions. Might be easier to purchase fabric paints.

Can these be used to refill acrylic pens/markers? If not can u suggest any caliart line?

I'm thinking not, they flow differently, more viscous, so they'll most likely clog
