This is covered under LuminAID's Off-Grid Guarantee, which covers the product during it's expected lifetime (5+ years) for any defect or damage. If you email LuminAID, they will either replace the product or offer store credit towards a new one.

Will this charge a point and shoot camera that has a removable rechargeable battery?
