Every time I remember to take these when I start getting sick (which is a LOT from being in college) I end up totally fine in like three days. If I don't take these I end up sick for three weeks minimum. They taste pretty good, apparently elderberry helps with inflammation too, I mostly like that they're purple.

Great to have on hand during cold and flu season!
This stuff works - I always have it on hand if I am exposed to someone who is sick or if I get the slightest feeling I’m coming down with a cold - I start taking it! Same goes for my entire household when they start complaining they aren’t feeling well!

I think it works!
Whether it is a placebo effect or not, it seriously does work. I take this every time I feel a cold coming on (especially a tickle in my throat starting) and I swear it does reduce my cold symptoms and severity. They are easy to take throughout the day and are relatively safe, just do not overdo it.

Effectiveness
Zicam was recommended to me earlier this year.. I used it at that time when I started to get the flu..it was very effective.. When the bottle was finished .. I reordered another 1 .. which is the 1 I currently have..

Helps to overcome a cold, before it gets very bad.
Helps me to pay attention to how I'm feeling. When I notice my energy significantly decreasing I take 1 or 2 of these to overcome the symptoms before they get worse.

Works every time
My cousin suggested I get this. I'm glad I followed his advice. The minute I feel something like a cold coming, (i feel it in my throat) I take one tablet as directed. And don't drink any liquid for 30 minutes after taking it. Most times I don't need to take a second round
