I spent a lot of time comparing different spice jars for sale on here, looking at all the reviews and so on because I wanted to make sure my money was being used wisely. Most of the other jars are more expensive than these so I was wary of getting cheap garbage at first. A lot of the negative reviews on here are about the plastic shaker tops being too loose, but a lot of the negative reviews on other jars were that they were arriving broken, so I went with these because I figured if the shaker lid was too loose I could just use a spoon or something to get the spices out. So, first off, the shaker lids were packaged kind of haphazardly on top and some of them were very slightly warped because of that, but they all seemed to fit perfectly fine. I shook several of the bottles once they were on and none of them came flying off. The ones that had no warping fit perfectly and I put all the shaker lids on and sealed them up to give them a chance to conform to the bottle top before I will put any spices in. A few of the jars had imperfections in the glass or a tiny dent in the lid but unless you are putting your spice jars on display, they were nothing that impacts the functionally and really barely noticeable asthetics. Every item listed in the description was included and I don't remember a bottle brush being listed but it came with one of those too. The label marker writes just fine and I waited until the ink was dry before wiping it to see if it came off . It took some fairly vigorous rubbing to make it smear, but it did smear a little bit. A small dab of water on a paper towel cleaned the marker easily off the label so it could be used again and the labels all seem to be scored well enough so they will come off the sheet easily. The absolute best part is that there was not a single broken bottle. They are packaged so well that I think you'd have to toss the box down a flight of stairs to even be close to being able to break one so compared to the higher dollar jars I'm glad I took the chance and I highly recommend these!

I love these glass spice jars. I use them for Meal Topper’s for dogs. When you order it comes with a brush so you can clean the jars labels that you can use with the chalk marker, a funnel so you can fill without spilling, a shaker top and a lid. Their package well so I’ve never had a problem with breakage. Highly recommend.

The jars work great for my hand made salts.

I've liked the squared shape of these glass spice jars for years because they can fit side by side easily. But different spice companies package their spices 'differently.' Some jars are round and some are slightly larger and some don't even provide a glass or plastic bottle, but are just plastic or paper bags. So, I finally broke down and bought a set of these jars and have already transferred most of my spices into them. Tight lids to preserve the spices. The plastic filters snap on the bottle top for sifting the spices. But they also have the larger, flip up lid for sifting out larger spices, and the side of my thumb easily pops that up & closes it when I'm finished sifting. These jars come with a cheap plastic packing matrix which keeps the jars from jostling around in the shipping box and getting broken. There is one that goes on the top and one for the bottom of the jars. I'm using one of these to keep my jars organized. The jars fit snugly in this matrix, but this wouldn't be a permanent solution. Unless maybe I spray paint it a more palatable color for the counter top.

These jars are wonderful. I read all the complaints about the pen and the funnel. I did not let those comments deter me, although I fully agreed. I used the black stickers and I wrote on white stickers that I had, and stuck them on the black and it looks great and very organized. The funnel and the pen are useless!!!!!! Perhaps, they could drop the price a couple of dollars and not include them. Since I am a Vegan and eat plant based only, I use a lot of spices. Unfortunately I needed 10 more jars, so I had to purchase another brand to get the lesser amount. I hope they are just as good. I would recommend these jars to anyone who would like to organize their pantry. I would suggest to concentrate on the quality of the jars and don't worry about the pen or the funnel. You will definitely not be disappointed. The packing was outstanding and not 1 jar was chipped or broken.

Les pots sont parfait mais les étiquette ne servent a rien. Le crayon n’a pas de pointe fine donc impossible d’écrire de façon soignée et au simple contact, tout s’efface…

these glass jars are perfect, I needed to replace my old jars [plastic, recycled , in use over 10 years and starting to crumble, they used to contain baking soda/baking powder from supermarkets in the UK] they are just the right size for a reasonable amount of herbs and spices and the re-fill packets from Canadian supermarkets, great price I am a happy woman
