Ordered the film but what do I stick it with? It’s for home window not car. Water ?

There's a protective clear film that has adhesive on peal that off and spray the glass with cold soapy water that helps you flattern it out smooth

How dark is the tint?

Limousine dark can't see in but can see out. It is not legal on a front screen or ront side windows. Perfect for privacy on rear and rear side windows.

Is the blade stainless steel?

I don’t know if there are there stainless steal. One thing they were very sharp and easy to use.

What liquid I need to use to stick a film on car window?

I just use normal water mixed with few drops of fairy liquid
