Finally! A "soft collar" that's not so soft it does zero good! I literally searched "not so soft collar" and violá! This popped up. I must warn, this is almost too tall for my sunken and shrunken 60 year old neck. So it actually serves as some traction for me. But here's the bit for my fellow Cpap users. In sleep, my mouth hangs open like a broken mailbox door. Has done so all my life. Imagine how many spiders I may have swallowed! No cpap strap is any match for this slack jawed sleeper! Even those 4 inch wide ones that I had to resort to, wouldn't stay in place over my baby-fine hair without also using 2 other, 1" elastic straps with velcro-one across the forehead, one around the occiput. The lines from all that took all day to fade. I began trying mentally to come up with some way to prop my chin in a way it can't open wide at all but didn't have to be around my head. And this collar does that! Because it is somewhat rigid, yet comfortable enough to sleep in. It isn't hot, has airflow holes, is contoured with a dip that the chin and jaw rest in. The cushioned collar part may not work for bigger necks, because even though the long velcro strap allows it to be adjusted, said strap is very rough even on the backside and if much of the strap is required in order to make collar long enough to fit bigger necks, the strap rubbing the back of your neck will get pretty irritating, pretty quick. I don't know if it comes in different heights and lengths. This one won't work for everyone, but those it does fit are going to like it. It provides stable support and is very light weight, and I love the pain relief of not waking up with kinks from sleeping with my neck in awkward positions.

Higher quality of stiffness and material than most low cost collars, giving better support. However, when sleeping this college should be reversed (not suggested in the documentation, but a common medical practice). And the Velcro designed is sometimes difficult to unhook and sometimes slightly scratchy.. G if I take itood value for price, however

Brace is firm, not soft, memory foam? There is decent extra support, this keeps my loose neck from flopping around. It also is best so far at keeping my neck firm, but not tight, amazingl6 relievin* pain, so far, just put on. But the change(I have near full spinal collapse. Again this is firm, but a lifesaver if you have loose vertebrae. So I don’t give bad advice, wear and show to a trained professional. Just being safe. I just ordered a back up. Like all orthotics, they take some gettin* use to, this is, I had my old fitting brace on, (a month old) and this brace I feel, the cervical marked discomfort, gone….will follow up if I can figure out how to. Also I have the brace a little loose, I don’t like feeling caged in, still the brace is a gem…more hard, then soft. 👍. Not soft, quite comfortable, for an orthotic, works great

Way too stiff, too large, just weird and uncomfortable

I’ve tried another one but this is my favorite with the ventilation holes. It is firm but allowed some movement. The materials seem to be high quality and it is so much easier to get on. I measured my neck and it comes true to size. I got the medium. It is priced exceptionally plus has a discount. Made of soft but firm materials to help heal your neck. I love mine.

It pushes my head up too much so it's not comfortable to wear at all.

I thought it was pretty good, the only thing is it bothered the top of my right clavicle bone, so I put some mole skin on it, and it helped. It relieved my pain, due to an jury, quite well. it could have fit a bit better...I have a small. i do like the design-overall. It is good value for the money, is appropriately thick, and offers great suppot.

It is soft, quality, easy to use, my favorite color, the material is sturdy and I have no issues adjusting it to make my neck still and it elongates my neck where I’ve been accustomed to looking down being on my phone. The Velcro allows for tightening or loosening. Smartphones, tablets and laptops outside of or without eye level table tops are detrimental to one’s health. Keep your head up! Going to a chiropractor because of your own doing is a no go. Take care of yourselves. Get your posture in order.

Soft enough for comfort Delivered just in less than 24 hours. Unfortunately I picked wrong size. All advertising sellers do not mention how to measure size of those. I found on YouTube but it was late. Amazon accepted returns without any trouble.

Very good quality product

Unlike the ordinary foam cervical collars that just squish down from the weight of your head resting on just foam under your chin, this one is designed to fully support that weight. It's ergonomically designed to take the weight under the jaw bones instead, and there's no feeling of construction around the throat area. It gives firm support and is super comfortable. I personally highly recommend this collar.
