Nice Shocks
Replaced some worn out hydro 7 s with these, it’s like night and day, jeep rides real nice. Highly recommended.

Soft and stable ride
Ordered these for a Jeep we just bought. They are the second set we have ordered for Jeeps and they do the job. If you’re not an off road junkie they should work well for you on any vehicle. Softens the ride and brings stability to your vehicle. They don’t over compensate in turns and vehicle stays flat with tires firmly gripping whatever surface your on.

Don't over think it - GET A SET OF THESE!!!!
I wanted to put a few hundred miles on my 2003 Jeep Rubicon (TJ) before writing this review. My TJ still had the original shocks on it (recent purchase). I experienced "death wobble" (once which was more than enough) and decided to do a complete front end refresh of stock suspension parts. I also had one (original OEM shock that was leaking). I replaced the drag link, track bar, steering dampener, tie rods, and upgraded (stock) tie rod bar - control arms are next. I purchased the Rancho RS5000X shocks based on recommendations from the Jeep Forums, and Amazon reviews. After the front end alignment, and after everything settled-in, these shocks offer night and day difference in the drive and handling of my TJ. It's not even close. I highly recommend paying the extra bucks and get the shocks that really upgrade the (stock) driving and handling experience. Get the cheepies and you will continue to experience that bone jarring, buck-board, teeth rattling drive. Big thumbs up to Rancho for making a quality shock for these vehicles.

Nice replacements
My jeep rides better than it ever has, better then stock shocks for sure. They preform on the street really well, and can handle the rough trail as well. Installed in an hour or so came with new nuts and bolts so everything you need. I wouldn't hesitate to buy them again for my 4x4 RAM truck.

Great shock absorbers!
Recently received and installed these shocks on my 2000 Jeep Wrangler. I had no idea how bad my old shocks were until I test drove the vehicle with these shocks. The ride and handling is great! Very pleased and would not hesitate to buy again. Installation was straight forward although a bit difficult on the back due to the location of the two bolts holding the shock to the body.
