I picked up this 5-pack mainly because I wanted a step up from regular cotton dress socks. I travel a lot—flights, meetings, walking through airports—and I’ve learned that if your socks aren’t comfortable, the whole day feels off. I used to live in Florida, so I got used to lighter, more breathable fabrics, and I was hoping these bamboo rayon socks would give me that same feel but with a bit more polish for work settings. Right out of the box, the first thing I noticed is how soft they feel. They’re definitely smoother than standard cotton socks, almost slightly silky. Putting them on, they feel lightweight and not restrictive at all. The mid-calf length is about right for dress use—they stay hidden under pants and don’t bunch up around the ankle. In terms of comfort, they do a good job for everyday wear. I’ve worn them during regular office days and while traveling, and they’re easy to keep on for hours. Breathability is one of the stronger points. My feet don’t feel as warm as they usually do with thicker cotton socks, which is something I appreciate, especially when moving between indoor and outdoor environments. They also seem to manage moisture better than basic socks—nothing dramatic, but noticeable. That said, there are a couple of trade-offs. The biggest one is thickness. These are on the thinner side, so if you’re expecting cushioning, it’s not really there. For me, it’s fine during normal workdays, but when I’m walking a lot—like in airports or during long days out—you can feel the lack of padding. It’s not uncomfortable, just less supportive compared to thicker options. Durability is another area where I’m a bit cautious. After several washes, they’ve held up okay, but they don’t feel like they’re built for long-term heavy rotation. The material is soft, which is great for comfort, but it also feels like it could wear down faster over time. I haven’t had holes or major issues yet, but I wouldn’t expect these to last as long as thicker, more rugged socks. The fit is generally good. I’m within the stated size range, and they fit snug without being tight. The elastic at the top keeps them in place most of the day, though I’ve noticed it loosens slightly after washing. They don’t slide down constantly, but they’re not as firm as when new. From a practical standpoint, these are best for office wear, business travel, or any situation where you want something lightweight and comfortable inside dress shoes. I wouldn’t use them for anything active or for long days of heavy walking. As for value, the 5-pack pricing feels reasonable. You’re getting comfortable, breathable socks, but you’re also accepting that they may not be the most durable option out there. Overall, these mostly met my expectations. I wanted soft, breathable socks for everyday use, and they deliver on that. The trade-offs are lighter cushioning and average durability, which may or may not matter depending on how you use them.

Was having an issue finding dress socks for my son that didn't cut into his calves and leave deep marks. Found these and they have been an absolute gift for how well they look and hold up and no indention on his calf when he is wearing these. Highly recommend if you have a wider calf or foot

I love these socks but I'm getting holes at the 3 month mark with normal wear and rotation. I've been noticing a major reduction in sock quality across many brands as of late. Seems weird.

Fantastic feeling. Great packaging. But after the first use, it started to peel badly, specially at the top. It’s deteriorating as soon as you wear it. It’s still soft though and does not make you feet smell. Plus it’s warm and cool at the same time. The problem is that they won’t last you a week. Not recommended.
