Anyone had a problem opening the cap?! I had to cut it off!

The bottle are very hard to open. Cut my fingers a couple of times using a knife to cut the plastic off. The product is good but the packaging is a nightmare.

Bottle will not open! Wide awake after fighting to get it open. I tossed it into trash and tossed and turned. Why factored sealed to not open?

A little tip... Although I know this is 5 years old lol. Hold the bottle in your hand and smack the lid on a hard surface like your countertop a few times. Similar to hitting a jar lid with a metal spoon. It opens with minor effort after that

What do the different flavors taste like? I wish it was more descriptive. Not sure which flavor to order.

I'm afraid the tea flavor tastes a lot like colonoscopy prep to me, but not as bad. Meaning, it doesn't taste great, but I can drink it without gagging. I have not tried any of the other flavors yet.
