No video... avoid.
ACN no longer supports video. It was a Family Plan for $24.95/mo. Also, they need an account at ACN to even function like phones. I bought 2 of these from someone named Eddie so I could set up a way of checking on a sick relative. Eddie fortunately refunded my payment. The IP technology for these phones is from around 2009 - so I don't expect there will ever be an upgrade that works.

Good quality, but doens't work with Skype or Vonage
Great price for a video phone, but never got it to work. It's not compatible with Skype or Vonage.
