Excellent Smart Curtain System. Easy Setup, Powerful Motor, Works Perfectly With Alexa
Really happy with this smart curtain system. Putting it together was way easier than I expected, as long as you measure carefully, anyone can handle the install. We hung some very heavy, velvet back‑lined curtains in our home theater, and the motor has no problem moving them at all.We also used the ripple‑fold attachment. It took a little thinking to get it right, but once we figured it out, it worked just fine. Be sure to know your ripple separation, ours was 80mm.Connecting everything to Alexa through the app was simple, and now we can open and close the curtains by voice or on a schedule. We even have them set to open automatically at 7 AM every morning, which has been awesome.

Installation Tips - wall installation
I just installed it and it is working great! It is pretty quiet and smooth. There are a few tricky parts to install it. Here are a few tips:1) Definitely watch the video, and pay particular attention to the direction of the wheels of the carrier wheels when you are running the belt through the track. The written directions are barely readable, they should probably just leave them out.2) The video did not show wall installation (hopefully they'll update it), and the manual I had did not have anything except one statement in the ceiling install directions that wall installation is "similar." That was one of the most frustrating parts, mainly because the tiny bolts needed to attach the two brackets had fallen out of a hole in a bag and I didn't find them until I looked under the packing material. I figured it out after I found the bolts. I submitted a "problem" and asked for wall installation directions and to their credit, the company responded pretty quickly with the attached photo.3) If you have a phillips screwdriver with a magnetic tip, that is super helpful to help hold the tiny little screw in place and insert it through holes in the brackets.4) Don't plug in the motor until after you have set up the remote and paired it with the Tuya app. You have to push a tiny little button on the bottom of the motor for all the pairings, and for the Tuya app, you need to move the motor pretty close to the router for it to pair. You also have to use your 2.4gb wifi instead of your 5.0gb wifi, and I think you have to have your phone on the same wifi network as you select for the app.

Overall impressed
1. Be sure to add 15" to window opening dimension or your track won't allow a full opening due to curtain pile up.2. Watch the videos for assembly repeatedly. The manuals provided are not nearly as helpful and the print can only be viewed with a magnifying glass ( in my case anyway). Honestly I went step by step following the video and assembly went well. The opener is very quiet and fluid in motion. I followed another reviewers advice and paired the remote first before connecting to the app.The quality of materials used is impressive. The track is extruded aluminum. The motor is quiet when operating, actually I don't even hear it. The whole system is light in weight but very sturdy. The main reason I purchased this curtain opener is to automatically close the curtains using the app program at a specific time in the afternoon to prevent heating of the room from the summer sun but also to close the curtains by 5:30pm during the winter. I like the curtains open most of the day in winter to get that little bit of heat from the sun but when summer rolls around it's too much heat in the afternoon. The program is a great feature while I'm away at work.I'm looking forward using the Smart Curtain System on the large bay window at my home and even if I'm late coming home I know the curtain will be closed when I arrive after dark. Now to find a new set of curtains without grommets!

Perfect!
This electronic curtain rod is exactly what I wanted and works perfectly. It replaced our previous one, which was much noisier. We keep marveling at how quiet it is! I had a handyman install it, which took a few hours. I can now operate it either with the remote or an app on my phone. I also sent a question to the manufacturer and they were quick, responsive, and helpful.

Product Great, Seller Contact information awful.
I purchased this product and had it professionally installed. It works great however the remote that came with it is faulty. It only worked for about a month. I have tried several times to get contact info for American Home supplier and couldn't find anything online and even went through amazon and they couldn't provide any help or info for replacement parts (which is ridiculous.) How can you have a seller on your site without any information about the seller to provide to customers???So that being said I can't give it 5 stars...it really shouldn't be this hard to get in contact with the seller...specially since the customer service is so highly regarded in the reviews which is why I bought it in the first place...so if anyone has any insight on how to get in touch with American Home suppliers I'd appreciate it.

Sturdy and Quiet
I needed a 19 ft track that was able to support the weight of 10ft blackout curtains without needing to file for bankruptcy or take out a second mortgage. These are incredible! The installation videos were super helpful and the instructions had a ton of information in them. Definitely recommend watching the video a few times before jumping in. This was a really big reel so of course it was a 2 person job but I was able to do most it myself until we mounted it to the ceiling. We did use a few extra clips because we actually had spare parts for pretty much everything so it's clearly very customizable to your needs. We put it up about a month ago and have had no issues with it, the curtains open and close, the remote works properly every time and I even adjusted how far they open, set up the pull to start option, and I now have automations through their app to open and close at certain times every day. All working exactly as expected really consistently. We didn't have to reach out to the seller but there is a paper included with contact information in case I need more parts which is always great to see. It was packaged really well and we didn't have any shipping delays or concerns with the seller. The motor is pretty quiet and I've woken up to the curtains being open without having woken up to them opening. The cats were a little sketched at first but now they lay in the window without jumping out when the curtains move so also cat approved :PThis was the perfect addition to our bedroom remodel and I can't recommend it enough

Love the Curtain Rod System. Figured out the App Interface (UPDATED)
I like this curtain rod and it works well. (See video) That being said, it is designed for ceiling mounting in a window well. That way the track is hidden. It can be wall mounted, which is the application I used it for. You must request the wall mounting brackets from the manufacturer and they will send them. However there are no instructions on how to utilize them. Luckily, I am pretty good at figuring things out and was able make them work. The system is very easy to assemble and didn’t take very long. Once I got the wall brackets installed, the track installed with a snap! I am going to have to install a valence to hide the track. (See picture) Overall, I am really happy with the product. One thing that is terrible is the Smart Home interface. The App that is supposed to allow access to Alexa will it even recognize the system. TuyaSmart (the recommended App) is not user friendly and very frustrating trying to work with. So, currently I am not able to utilize the Smart Home feature. After working with the TuyaSmart App and rebooting my router, Alexa and phone, I was able to get the app installed and working.Edit - I have added a Valence to cover the curtain rod and top of the curtains. I ended up using large picture hangers (the kind you put on the back of a picture) to hook on the wall mount brackets. It works great. You just have to make sure the brackets and hooks line up correctly and they are level. I added 2 more pictures showing the valence and the bracket from behind.

Surprisingly Convenient – I Didn't Realize How Much I Needed This!
I didn’t realize how much energy I spent every day thinking, "Did I close the curtains?" until I got the HomeSupplier Smart Curtains. It’s such a small, often overlooked part of the home, but this simple upgrade has honestly changed the way I move through my space. The convenience of being able to close the curtains with a tap on my phone, or even just by setting a timer via the Tuya app, is one of those things that feels a bit futuristic, but incredibly normal once you’ve experienced it. No more reaching behind couches, climbing over things, or arguing about whose turn it is to get up and close them. Now, I can be lying in bed, half-asleep, and still have control. It sounds trivial, but it’s the kind of convenience that quietly improves your day-to-day life. The rod length (16.4 ft) worked perfectly for my large window setup, and I love that it's adaptable to different curtain weights. Setup was surprisingly easy, and the WiFi connection has been pretty reliable. It's also a great conversation piece whenever we have people over and it closes on its own.Would I call this a necessary home purchase? Probably not. But I would definitely call it a worthwhile one, one of those little luxuries that adds quiet joy and simplicity to your life in a way you don’t fully appreciate until you have it.
