Tights don't match the size of the costume
The dress - it's nylon.. for those of us old enough to remember nylon PJ's that made sparks when you rumbled under the duvet.. same material. Although daughter says it was comfy. I ordered age 7-9 dress.Make-up - it is what it is. Halloween dressing up make-up. Not very thick. Ended up not using it and just using normal adult make-up for eyes etc.THE TIGHTS!! - I had read other reviews re the tights.. people complaining they were too small. So I would agree, however this is the reason.. I ordered an age 7-9 costume. The tights state on the front of the package 'standard'. On the rear of the packet 'standard' relates to an age 4-6. With an xlarge being age 7-9. So the tights dont correspond with the outfit size... That's the problem. Also they are a little large on the waist as stated. It is beyond me why dressing up tights cannot be sized like normal kids tights.So long and short. I would only order the dress and source your own tights and make-up. We ended up wearing black tights which were actually fine (a more grown up Wednesday Addams look). Happy Halloween 🎃

Tights were way too big for this age group.
It's an OK outfit but, for the size ordered the tights were way too big.

Dress adequate but overpriced
Dress is perfectly adequate the XL (13-14y) fit my tall 9 year old well (she would wear 13-14y dresses from most retailers so I'd say true to size). However you're paying for a set and the other elements let the product down. Better to leave them out and reduce the price. Tights didn't reach my daughter's knees, tried them on my 6 year old and didn't go past her thighs. Clearly toddler tights at best so very poor to be providing along with an XL dress. For anyone in a similar situation I highly recommend the smallest ladies black & white striped tights from 'Snag' - Great quality, fit my daughter perfectly and go well with the dress which is perfectly fine and comfortable for a Wednesday Adams costume.
