I use these to keep my skin looking healthy and before using self tanner (which requires applying to exfoliated skin). These gloves are the best for two reasons:First, they are the perfect texture. Apply gentle pressure and you get a light effect for sensitive skin. Apply heavy pressure and you will seriously sand your skin down. I went overboard and turned my skin raw by rubbing extremely hard. The point is if your concern is whether these things are exfoliating enough, these things are no joke. Rub hard enough and you can bleed.Second, the glove form makes the process easier and faster. When you grip your arm and slide up and down, you’re exfoliating almost the whole circumference of your arm. Contrast that with a loofah where you’re only getting patches at a time.I have a tendency to write reviews only when I’m extremely disappointed in a product. But I like these so much I felt they deserved a good review. Not crazy about the tacky pink color, but it’s a small price to pay for having fresh skin.

These gloves are great for exfoliation! If I had to chose between any other brand of exfoliating gloves it would have to be these, not only do many brands display “exfoliating gloves” and completely lie about the texture but most gloves fall apart after a couple washes, but these are wonderful! I’ve had them for about 3 months now and they are still exfoliating, lather very nicely, odorless, and most importantly they still in good condition! I appreciate this brand for not only have different exfoliating levels but also different colors. I am someone who really needs a deep clean in order to feel comfortable after the shower and I’m able to have that with these gloves without looking red or feeling like my skin is cut off. So this product is wonderful!

Great thick gloves to exfoliate. I think they will last forever. I love them and use them every time I take a bath or shower. They invigorate my skin.

They are not too harsh on your skin. I use them both with liquid soap and exfoliating scrub in the shower. They get your skin ready for a softening lotion. They work well on your heals too. Definitely worth the money.
