Works well, small size. The POE ports are nice.

Had my home wired for cat6 recently and moved my network stack from my office in a bedroom to the garage but still had a need for more than 4 ports for connecting various devices. This layer 2 switch does everything I need with the benefit of it being fanless and providing 60W of PoE power. I have an old RPi 3b+ running RaspianOS with the Unifi controller software installed to provide management of this switch. I'm now able to easily reconfigure VLANs as needed for whatever devices I have connected or need to temporarily connect. I moved away from Ubiquiti products for my home several years ago in favor of Aruba InstantOn switches and APs, but this mini switch is unbeatable for the price and features.

Great products from Unifi. This is a 2nd purchase for a POE

Have several of these in use. We have some remote locations in our complex, where a rack switch would be over kill. The only disappointment is that the POE support is 'active' only, not 'passive' so you have a POE passive device, you will need a POE injector. Wish every port was POE, not just 4 of the 8. They work well in ambient temperature rooms, completely silent, work reasonably well under heavy use, at least for us.

The switch is working perfectly, I'm very happy with it. I have it hooked up to an Unifi Express, and am running a U6+ access point off one of the PoE ports and there have been no problems at all. It also looks extremely aesthetic (although you can tell that's not really my thing), and feels very well made. Extremely happy with my purchase and I highly recommend this product.

Purchased this to connect the ADU of a property to the main network that was already using the Ubiquity equipment. Very easy and straight forward adoption process and great portable form-factor. Slick modern design. Quet. Solid design! This was mounted inside an in-wall enclosure and due to its size it fit their perfectly with plenty of room for other wiring.

Our other UniFi switch decided to stop working after 6 years. We needed a fast replacement and found it on Amazon as the original manufacturer would take weeks to get it delivered from the UK. We were very impressed the seller sent out the package immediately after we placed our order, so we received sooner than expected. The unit has been working steadily well for the last 2 weeks. Will update product review in another 6 months.

You need to have a bit of tech savvy to set everything up properly but this is a top notch product. Nice and compact. Mine came with the wrong mains adapter but the seller sent me the right one at no extra charge very quickly after contacting them
