A relative's college class did a survey of consumer opinions of 13 brands of tp that don't use old-growth forest pulp. Of course there were different opinions, but this one is my winner.It's not as soft as my favorite tree-killing brand, but isn't rough, just somehow firmer. It hits the sweet spot between too tough and too flimsy. The rolls are 1/2" shorter than pre-Recession size, as most traditional and alternative brands are now, but there's enough in this roll to outlast many recycled brands. I don't find it overly scented as some report, maybe because I store rolls in a cupboard without the bag they come in, so any scent disperses before use. Love the light green color, although it's so consistent I have a hard time believing it's completely natural (miss all the choices of colors and printed patterns tp *used* to come in).

I wasn’t sure I was going to like this, but I was desperate because everything else was unavailable for weeks on end due to Covid-19 panic-hoarding. Plus, I want eco-friendly, which limits my options even at the best of times. So I stumbled upon this in my search and gave it a try when I wouldn’t have otherwise. Turns out this TP is awesome! Every now and then, the stars align and something that changes your life falls into your lap. It feels weird to say that toilet paper can change your life, but there are a lot of people who know what I’m talking about. Having your nether regions itching, covered with lint, and/or feeling like they’ve been sandpapered is NOT fun. I’ve had none of those problems with this. None! It’s been such a relief. And I know it will probably sound wacky, but the color of this just makes me happy. It’s such a pretty pastel spring green; it’s what I would describe as “honeydew.” It’s not a neon, obnoxious color. And I can only detect the faintest hint of a green tea scent if I hold the roll right up to my nose the second I take it out of the package, breathe in really deep, and use a lot of imagination. It doesn’t smell perfume-y and your bathroom isn’t going to smell like tea, not even a little. It doesn’t even smell like tea when it gets wet. I never thought I’d be someone who bothers to write reviews for stuff like toilet paper, but here I am. LOL I just hope I can always find this, because I’m spoiled now.

During the 2020 pandemic, toilet paper became scarce. For reasons unknown people bought mass stocks of it and those of us who didn’t had a hard time finding any. This lasted for months in the southeast.As my family of 5 started to run out of the one large pack we had purchased prior to the start of the pandemic, I got desperate. I started desperately searching Amazon for anything. I googled bamboo toilet paper, organic toilet paper, just about any combination of words + toilet paper. Then to my wondering eyes I came across this: green tea toilet paper. With 2 rolls left and 5 tushies that needed to be wiped, I quickly added it to my cart and purchased it.I proudly told my husband that I had found toilet paper and it’s green. He laughed at me when I told him that it’s expensive and made from green tea. My sister-in-law told me that it sounded like something you’d find in Mariah Kerry’s closet.To make a long story short: we have fallen in love. We’ve become Monkey Lips people. Some people only use Dawn dish soap. Some people only use Jif peanut butter. In our family we only use MonkeyLip toilet paper. It’s just that good.

It's a lil' embarrassing to admit, but I'm allergic to most toilet paper. This one however is fantastic! I read reviews about scent and color, but I'm convinced that it is just the natural green tea leaves/flower. I have mast cell issues, EDS, and other allergic conditions and this did not make things angry. It actually helped clear up an angry issue to 7th gen that I was using.There is a scent to it, but it isn't crazy strong. It doesn't "go away" completely. I am super allergic to most plants and somehow this still didn't bother me headache or skin wise! I hope it stays that way. I also hope they lower the price! It's large, soft, strong, and very absorbent. It's only 4/5 bc of price. 5/5 for quality.Wish my lady bits weren't so demanding and expensive!

The toilet paper smells like sweet tea, and doesnt leave your bum sore with a bunch of chemicals in it afterwards....atleast it doesnt feel like it....you never really know nnowadays though do you, but I like this product.

Will definitely re buy. So soft smells good and feels good when wiping
