Easy to Swallow and Great for Daily Nutrition
As a man in my 50s, I was looking for a multivitamin that is easy to take every day. The smaller tablet size makes it much easier to swallow compared to other vitamins. I also feel like it’s a good way to supplement the nutrients I may not get enough of from meals. So far, I’m satisfied with this product.

We’ve used these multivitamins for a few years now and like them. The smaller size is easier to swallow. You take two. No problem with expiration date. We bought these early March 2026, they expire November 2027.

Product Near Expiry. Do Not Buy
I purchased this 325 tablets Centrum minus Adults 50+. It was delivered on 22 Dec 2023 but it carries an expiry date of 4/24 .Which means I only have 120 days (assuming generously that expiry is at the end of Apr). Which means nearly 2/3 of the pills have to be thrown away.
