Does it break buttons?

No but it doesnt easily advance over bigger buttons. I turn the fabruc with buttons upside down so the button lay on the roller. It's a very nice machine.

Will it iron fitted sheets and what is the best way to fold the fitted sheet?

Technically, yes, you can iron fitted and flat sheets, but I haven't mastered the dang things. I'm not sure I'd fold a fitted sheet because ironing the corners would be tricky enough. Best of luck and if you come up with a magic technique, please share it here.

Can I effortlessly use this to press men suits with its pants and men dress shirts without introducing unwanted cresses

Effortlessly press pants and shirts - probably. You will have to take care with men's suit coats so you don't just press them flat and take the roll out of the lapel. With practice you won't introduce unwanted creases.

Can the mangle be used without heat?

I don't believe you can operate it without heat or steam, but look online at the operating Manual. That should tell you.
