Don’t feel this product is value for money. As a result I couldn’t take it long enough to feel any effect. Very expensive .

Wow it seems to be helping, maybe. I bought this for my partner and he’s had it for two days, it seems to help the POTS somewhat, but it is far too expensive for what it is. I could put salt in the water and save us some. Considering it’s a US import, I guess that’s part of it and Lord knows with the current administration there we might be paying tariffs that we don’t know about on this. With this in mind I’ve looked for a local UK alternative and found one that is actually better. My partner has POTS, but also has type two diabetes so we found something called Free Soul that is local, and the flavoured versions have Stevia for a sweetener instead of sugar so he’s much better off on that. Instead of having to pay a US company for a six dose item, I am getting 30 sachets, for under £30.

I have POTS. I loathe sports drinks with all their empty calories, artificial sweeteners and as my Dr calls it "loaded with crap". I drink 3L of water a day (lemon or coconut). I was looking for a clean way to supplement my diet to better balance my electrolytes. This product, which was created in partnership of Dysautonomia International, truly is a great product that meets my high expectations. I have noticed a difference in fatigue and overall energy levels since I started taking one packet with my morning L of water. The taste takes a bit of getting used to....I've tried orange and Pure. Sort of like overly softened water. But it is neither good nor bad....just different. Might be a more drastic taste issue if you're used to sugary sports drinks though. But I'd say give it time since this product is so much better for your body. This is also great to give to sick and sporty kiddos.... Last thought.....I met the creator/owners of this company at the Dysautonomia International conference this year. Both gentlemen were genuine, smart and really believed their product could help. And they were right. I did not realize this would make my water taste like I had poured salt into it. It is not refreshing to drink at room temperature. So now I have to put my water with this in it in a different category than “water.” It’s now “something I need to drink.”

I really like these electrolyte packets! They dissolve easily in water and have a very clean, mild taste—not too sweet or artificial. I’ve been using them for hydration during busy days and after long shifts, and they make me feel refreshed without upsetting my stomach. I also appreciate that the ingredients are simple and seem high quality. It’s a great option if you want electrolytes without a lot of added sugar. Definitely recommend for daily hydration or recovery! 💧✨
