Suspecting that my daily hydration or electrolyte levels were running low, I decided to give Nuun’s electrolyte tablets a try and they have been an absolute life-saver for my daily energy levels and overall well-being. Here is my experience after making it a part of my morning routine: Effective Rehydration: Drinking a serving of this first thing in the morning completely knocks out that heavy, dehydrated feeling. It provides a clean, natural wave of energy that helps me feel great and ready to tackle the day. It’s an amazing way to replenish minerals without any sugar crashes. Since it’s in a tablet form, it can’t be any easier to use as you simply drop it into a glass of water and wait a few minutes for it to complete dissolve. The texture is great as it dissovles completely into water. Flavor Profile: The taste is excellent. Electrolyte powders can sometimes taste overly salty or medicinal, but these are incredibly refreshing. The Lemon-Lime is crisp and bright, and the Fruit Punch is nostalgic and perfectly sweet without being cloying. Pro Tip for an Upgraded Drink: If you want to mix things up, try dissolving the powder in a small amount of warm water first, and then top the glass off with ice-cold mineral water or club soda. It creates a fun, fizzy, healthy soda alternative that feels like a treat! Tasty electrolyte tablets that make me feel hydrated. They dissolve fairly quickly, taste nice, and quench my thirst very effectively. I like all the flavors, especially the citrus one. I like to drink one a day, especially during workouts. Also useful to stay hydrated before using the sauna, which is nice. The size of the tubes is also very convenient, you can just throw it in your bag and pop one in your water bottle whenever you feel like it. Also helps me debloat due to the potassium!

Works great for rehydrating and getting your electrolytes. Much less sugar than other hydrating drinks and good value per tablet price. Dissolves quickly, but be aware it releases gas as it does, so open your lid every so often to release the pressure so it doesn’t blow open. Some flavors are better than others. 16 oz is the recommended amount of water so it’ll taste watered down if you have more water.

I was expecting edible tablets, but these are dissolvable in water, like an Alka Seltzer. I found the flavor ok, less desirable than some flavors of Gatorade, maybe better than others,and the dissolving was really slow-- You'd want to drop the tab in 20 minutes before your workout was over. That said, I think the mineral/electrolyte content is good. Big plus and selling point: No artificial sweeteners, which trigger me (and a lot of other people) to have migraines or other negative neurological side effects. I think for portability and the no harmful artificial sweetener content, I'm at a 3, held only back by the wait to dissolve and my personal thoughts on the flavor (though to be fair, I don't like a lot of the flavors of these types of products in general). If you're looking for a dissolvable tablet style drink mix with no artificial sweeteners to boost electrolytes, this is a decent option.

This stuff is great, you get taste and water all in one drink. It was hard for me to drink water naturally so I started using this. I then began to use it as a treat at night as my last beverage. It’s very easy to drink and mixes in water quickly giving great tastes and rapid hydration. They are about the size of a quarter and sets in with no side effects.

I was hesitant at first because I knew I liked the Strawberry Lemonade flavor and the Lemon Lime flavor, but didn't know about the other two. I didn't want to get a whole box of just one flavor, and to be honest I am glad I ended up getting the mixed flavors. I was prepared to dislike the citrus fruit flavor (not a big fan of grapefruit) but I was very pleasantly surprised! Strawberry Lemonade is still my number 1, but Citrus Fruit has surprisingly taken the second-favorite spot right above the Lemon Lime. The tri-berry was...meh. It tastes like berry but of the 4 I definitely think it's the chalkiest. My husband disagrees and feels that the Citrus Fruit tastes like "orange flavored sidewalk chalk". So take that and do what you will, flavor preference can be so individual. If you're like me and knew you liked at least 1 or 2 of the flavors, I recommend giving this mixed set a try just to have something new!

All the flavors are great, which is really helpful to ensure that I am drinking enough water everyday. Usually add 1 tablet to 42 oz of water, to give the water some flavor when I am not hitting my intake goals. The 6 different flavors allow me enough variety to ensure I don’t get tired of any 1 flavor, which has allowed me to be consistent with my hydration over the last year. Also at the price it’s one of the best deals for an electrolyte enhancer in the market

I personally wasn’t a fan of these. There great for on the go and travel but besides that it’s not great. The taste is nothing to write home about and has an almost Alka-Seltzer/ Emergent C taste and feel. The only time I will used these is if I’m traveling or backpacking.

Could taste better. But overall ok

the items arrived absolutely destroyed but the seller made up for it so that's good, but I managed to find 2 of the 6 tubes intact, they hydrate really well and taste great (strawberry lemonade and tropical something). Will order another when I need more, hopefully next time I'll get the package in 1 piece

Just what I needed to keep me feeling well.

For me this product offers tasty flavors that provide needed electrolytes while covering the Stevia taste. I’m not a fan of sugar substitutes so can’t drink most of the low or no sugar drinks. I’ve tried many and have come back to Nuun. It is a bit of a bother that the tablets are effervescent so either I dissolve one ahead of time in an un-lidded container or get a bit of spray when I open the water bottle at the gym if I’ve dissolved it on the go. The upside is less packaging waste and I’m happy with that trade off!

Tablets are good and seem to help with my hydration as I live in a very humid country (singapore). Downside is the tablet is to bit to fit in a water bottle so have to put in a glass or sports bottle.
