I like there are 3 blends in this supplement that so far have been easy on my gut too. I tried a different one with 7 types magnesium and had issues.It has added relief from my leg pain from a slipped disk in my spine. It does seem to give me longer sleep to help with insomnia.I recommend this supplement.

Works well for night cramps and solid sleep.
