Really like the multi-color light mask, headphones and CES combination. The controller is easy to use. You can feel the effects of the treatments. The meditative sleep and 40 Hz programs are my favorite. The device will last if you take care of it. Pricey, but worth it if you have the $$$.

It's almost as if I've lived too distinct lives in one lifetime. I had a very unhappy childhood and became incredibly suicidal. Through many years of hard work I turned things around. I am an accomplished professional, I am blessed with a loving wife, and I was able to raise my kids in a loving environment. Yet I still battle a tendency toward depression. Inspired by the book The Body Keeps the Score, I contacted a biofeedback therapist who was not taking new patients because of COVID-19. But she offered to coach me through zoom. She had me purchase this device. That was all that I needed from her. I needed to call Mind Alive a couple times--initially I wasn't using the right setting and the device was giving me headaches. Once I resolved these issues the results have been amazing. I didn’t realize that I’ve been living under the shadow of depression for all these years until it lifted. I’ve been using it for about 2 1/2 months now. I've had mornings that began with depression which lifted soon after starting a session with this device. The first benefit I noticed was the absence of what I call micro panics. Only after these disappeared did I realize how routine they were.

I tried this product once and quickly realized it wasn’t for me. The design and experience felt unusual and a bit too out there for my taste. I attempted to return it, but the process hasn’t been smooth.

Good product. Helps me feel great!

So far it’s a great product! My wife has been using one for the past few weeks. Excited to see how beneficial it is in the coming weeks!

Very cool device. I especially recommend paying the extra for the CES (cranial electro stimulation) as it adds a lot to the experience. Is spendy but worth the price as it can be used everyday.

I like the David Delight Pro. I did not need the multicolored glasses since I only seem to use the white, but this device is definitely relaxing. Prior to using this, I really did not know what it meant to be in a meditative state. Now I do.
