Great heat press. Customer service is very accommodating. I had to contact them and got took care of my concern right away. I had purchased this as used/very good condition item. I got a great deal on a machine that should last a very longer time. It’s in Like new condition.

I absolutely love this very simple and easy to use heat press for T-shirts, cups and hats. The unit is very easy to use heat up very quickly and is worth the purchase price. I see myself having many years using this heat press for my beginning T-shirt business.

Easy to use? Yes. Quality? I believe so far.The only issue i have is that it doesnt have a sliding lower base for more placement room. Also, the temperature doesnt stay consistent to the setting you put it on. The picture says 370 when i had it at 360. For those who know, temperature is very important when pressing multiple and ink requirements. I gave it 4 star, coulr be better for the price.

Still getting used to the whole machine. But so far so good. Rather user friendly and not huge so nice to store aside when not using.

I really wish it was bigger

I didn't like a thing,first it came with absolutely no instructions on how to assemble each attachment no video showing any kind of tutorial nothing but what tops the cake is the rust on the mug press and other parts of the machine.Mat is moldly.Lastly if your looking to sublimation like advertising don't buy because project for sublimation you need 400 degrees steady this machine goes 392 tops and drops...Look somewhere else too expensive for all that came bad on it.

Received this heat press very quickly. Taking it out of the box, it is very sturdy and well built. The clamping mechanism is smooth and solid. Plugged it in and took a little bit to figure out controls are since they were different from my old one with a control box on the side and the instructions weren't clear. The lighting ring gives the status of heat up and how it counts the time down is different and neat.However even though I set the temp for the hottest it would go (392F) and let the machine sit for 15 minutes once it said it "reached" the temp, it never got above 325F. This was verified with a digital probe thermometer that was clamped under the plate for five minutes and also with an infrared thermometer. So this heat press would probably be fine for those who plan to only do something like HTV on shirts but is not a good choice for sublimation which needs temps of 400F.I did not connect or use any of the attachments so I this rating does not reflect the performance of those things.
