Baby doesn’t overheat! Sleeps until next feeding
I was in desperate search for a lighter weight swaddle to replace the Muslim & flannel blankets I had been wrapping LO in. While they were great, baby would battle them and overheat. I live in Miami and deal with not-so-great AC circulation in my master bedroom. When baby was a couple days old the swaddle blankets were overheating him— I found him sweating multiple times a night. So I discovered some of the zipper style Swaddles that are in the market. This one and the love to dream swaddle were the winners, even over halo! This simple pod style swaddle does the job if you want to keep baby wrapped tight but in a Lightweight cotton material. It’s very flexible which I like. I was pleased by the quality and softness of this swaddle for the price. Baby loves it every night and I even use it for some daytime naps, to help him with his constant Moro startle reflexes. Sleep has been much better at 4 weeks bc of this swaddle. I’m even able to put baby in his sleep and play footie pjs underneath and he doesn’t wake up sweating!

Amazing!!! So much easier than swaddling!
I absolutely love these! Swaddling is not easy and the other Velcro swaddlers are so loud and kind of annoying. My newborn sleeps so well with these I have to wake him up to eat! The dual direction zippers make mid night diaper changes easy! They are really lightweight which is great for warm nights BUT I have to add a blanket on top during colder nights. I wish they made these in heavier material! They have fit great for the first month (8.1 lbs at birth) and I hope we can use them all the way until month 2! I will be gifting anyone I know having a baby with these!

These are a must for any new baby!!
These are a must! We call them baby straight jackets as these actually keep babies arm in! We’ve used the Velcro sacks and were terrified when we’d find our sons hands out of them and the cloth coming up over his face with the Houdini hands. These are stretchy and zip from bottom up. The secondary zipper allows us to do night changes by only unzipping the lower half and keeping the top secure. We buy these for anyone having a baby shower. We have and cycle through 6 with our newborn. Would suggest washing frequently as these can stretch out a little. Only necessary when baby is smaller as they grow into and fill out it’s not a big deal.

Very easy to use, but still recommend Original SwaddleMe (over the pod)
I purchased this around the same time I did the original SwaddleMe. I would recommend the original over these because my son outgrew these in less than two weeks. Though they are much easier to use than the original SwaddleMe (or trying to do the regular swaddle with a blanket) they don't quite provide the same amount of security wrapping like the original SwaddleMe can. This did work very well for when we used it, about two weeks! Pros— • If you can zip your pants, you can use this Swaddle • Very cute patterns Cons— • Baby outgrew quickly • Doesn't fit as snug or have the ability to adjust snugness like original SwaddleMe

Better than Halo sleep sack
For my little one who HATES being swaddled because he can't move his arms- these are wonderful. They keep him bundled up and comfy, but allow him to move his arms and legs. They also keep him from scratching his face. They are nice and thin so he won't over heat and roomy enough to put a onesie underneath. Overall this is a great alternative to the more expensive Halo sleep sacks and personally they're much easier to use. One note to remember: The zipper on top should be tucked under the fold of fabric on top so the zipper doesn't get stuck under baby's chin.

Best baby product!
My newborn hated being swaddled and we could never get the swaddling blankets tight enough. He would get his arms out and then start crying. He was 6 pounds and most newborn sizes were too big, these fit perfect. His pediatrician recommended these. That first night he slept for 3 hours straight! We loved the zipper and how lightweight the material is.

Might be worth a try...
From a product standpoint, they are a great idea. I had a hard time swaddling right out of the hospital, and these are supposed to be an easy alternate. The fabric was nice and soft, and I didn't have any issues with the construction. But in actual usage... these SwaddleMe Pods were used once and then retired. When my son was a newborn, he HAD to be swaddled. LOVED being swaddled. Except that, for some reason, he wanted his arms to be free. So, he broke free from every swaddle and then got upset by it (until we learned to just "half swaddle" him). Searching for a solution, I saw these Pods and thought they would work out well for us. Nope. He HATED having his arms inside. The first (and last) time we used it, he looked like Houdini in a straight jacket, trying to break free. One of the most memorable - and funniest - memories I have in the days after bringing him home from the hospital was his tiny little hand popping out of the top of the SwaddleMe Pod in triumph. (Triumph for him, defeat for me.) I tossed these in a bin and went with the ones my husband brought home from Babies 'R Us in an emergency raid: the aden + anais Muslin Swaddle Plus, Baby Star . While the other swaddles seemed a little expensive, they actually worked for us (lightweight for summer swaddling + larger than most baby blankets so I could actually get it around him) and were worth every penny.

SWADDLE MIRACLE!
I am pretty terrible at swaddling using blankets so I was so happy when I got the pods for my newborn. A quick zip and he is sleeping easy! I love that it’s stretchy enough for him to have his hands up in the pod which my son likes better than having his hands down. I love that there is a zipper at the bottom for quick and easy changing without having to completely unswaddle him! I’ve washed these 3 times already and put them in the dryer and I haven’t noticed any shrinking. Great quality product!!

These are fantastic. So much easier to deal with in the middle of the night than a traditional swaddle. I love that they zip from the top and the bottom.

These are awesome. I personally didn't feel comfortable with my newborn wearing them. He was 9 lb at birth and 22 inches and it was quite fitted to him. I was worried it was too tight and he would stop breathing I couldn't sleep at night. So I went to the next size up and loving them. He's almost 3 months now and still sleeping comfortably in them.

They were very cute, they just didn't work for my son. Since coming home from the hospital he wouldn't tolerate his arms being in a swaddle. But I would say it's still worth the buy for new moms since we all can agree you would try anything to get them to sleep soundly 😅
