The Mommy's Bliss - Organic Baby Elderberry Drops has the following ingredients: Total Carbohydrates , Dietary Fiber, Sugar, Vitamin C, Vitamin D3, Zinc, Organic Inulin, Organic Elderberry (fruit), Organic Echinacea Blend, Organic Agave Syrup, Water, Citric Acid.

I recently found out that citric acid comes from mold . Why is this added to this product? Aren’t you supposed to help heal babies not poison them?

They remove the mycelium, extract citric acid from the mold and use centrifugation to clean and recover it. It's a process that's been used since the early 1900's. Its safe and effective
