Quality!! BUY NOW!!!!
I’m extremely satisfied with the Merino.tech Merino Wool Base Layer – Men’s 100% Merino Wool Long Sleeve Thermal Shirt. The material is outstanding — soft, breathable, and genuinely warm without feeling bulky. You can immediately tell it’s high-quality merino wool. The fit is excellent and true to size. It sits comfortably against the skin, layers perfectly under jackets or sweaters, and doesn’t itch like lower-grade wool. The craftsmanship and stitching feel durable and well made. Delivery was fast, and the product arrived exactly as expected. If you need a dependable cold-weather base layer that performs and feels premium, this is a great choice. BUY NOW!!!!

Good quality, keeps you warm.
I recently purchased this base layer and I’m honestly very impressed. The material is thick and high quality. You can immediately feel that it’s not cheap or thin like some other base layers. I took it with me on a trip to Armenia where it was snowing heavily and temperatures dropped to -10°C. This base layer kept me warm the entire time. No complaints at all. It fits comfortably, doesn’t itch, and feels great against the skin. It’s warm but still breathable. I even wear it to sleep sometimes because it’s that comfortable. Cold-weather base layer that actually works, this is a great choice. Highly recommend.

Great for cold weather cycling.
This is a good quality Merino wool thermal base layer. I used it primarily for cold-weather cycling and it performed extremely well. On a recent ride in 20°F temperatures, it kept me comfortably warm without feeling bulky or restrictive. The material seems high quality, well-made and durable. It has a fine, thin feel without being see-through. The black color also matches pretty much anything, if that matters. The set also includes a pair of wool socks that match the quality of the shirt. They’re warm and well made, though a bit too thick for cycling shoes in my case. They’d probably be great for general winter wear or other cold-weather activities. Sizing runs true to size. If you prefer a race-style clinginess for layering under cycling gear, you may want to consider going one size smaller. Overall, this is an excellent base layer for cold conditions, especially for winter cycling.

Hole in one! Wait.. I'm not a Golfer!
I admitting do like this.. Previously I purchased other wool layers, but after investigating, they were only 10-20% wool and the rest polyester.. I did however, mentally think 320 weight would be heavier than it is. But definitely like it. The socks are great and fit my feet fine for being a size 14. So I've worn this randomly around the house on cold days and some nights to bed. Looking forward to some bike rides with this on when i trails are more rideable. I kept feeling something snag on the couch arm... originally I thought it was a staple sticking out or something .. but there was something on the back of my sleeve.. thought it might be sticky, and sticking to things.. I thought it was spaghetti sauce or something of the sorts (not sure how on the back of the sleeve).. but it ended up being hard, very hard, and when I squeezed it enough to pinch it in half, the fabric SPLIT. so, now I have a hole on the back of my sleeve. While this will drive me bonkers, I can't justify ordering another shirt over a hole. Sort of a mystery. while it is within 30 days of purchase, I really will not return something i've worn more than once.

Comfort and Quality
These are well made, warm and comfortable. I’ve got one of each (light, mid and heavy weight) and have worn them all winter in cold climates. When layered, with the wool against my skin, I stay warm and dry (very effective at wicking). Being wool, of course, requires special care when washing, but it’s worth the extra effort. I’ve worn Carhartt in the past (and still do), but I’m very fond of these shirts.

Warm, breathable, and great fit
Got the 250g version and used it for a volcano hike at 0°C (32°F)—kept me warm the whole time. Even after sweating, it didn’t smell and stayed breathable. I bought top and bottom separately for a better fit and the sizing chart was accurate. The bonus socks were amazing too—super cushioned and very useful.

Fit
I’m a 5’4”, size 14, XL size woman and I prefer to wear 30” tunic length tops. I couldn’t find women’s, merino base layer tunics, in that length for any price! I decided to try a men’s Large and after reading the reviews that stated these shirts are long and reading a review that said the sleeves ran a little short, I ordered this shirt. It is beautiful! It’s butter soft, well made, not scratchy and most importantly it fits! The shoulders and arms are roomy, not baggy. The arm length is a little long on me, as expected, but not too long. The torso length is perfect!!!! It falls just below my hips! It’s kind of snug in the hips, but that’s to be expected in a man’s size and I’m a woman with big hips. I can live with that. I will be ordering a half zip on the same size ASAP! If you’re a medium to large size woman, who prefers tunic length base layers, but can’t find one in women’s sizes, buy this shirt. It’s worth every penny! Well done!!!! Update: I put the sweater through a rinse cycle and reshaped the bottom part it to make it drape around my hips. That worked perfectly! I read a review that stated they thought the sweater had some percentage of spandex. I disagree, because, I would have been unable to reshape the sweater so easily if it contained anything like that. I just wanted to mention that. Thanks for an absolutely amazing piece of clothing!

Solid pick for outdoor days.
It’s soft (not itchy), fits well under layers, and doesn’t get that gross smell even after a long day outside. He stayed warm while fishing during the winter but didn’t overheat once things warmed up.
