AstroAI Car Tyre Inflator Air Compressor 12V DC, Fast Pump for Compact SUV

I am a bit shocked at how good it is. This is my 3rd attempt to get one that pumps up to 68PSI. I drive a 5.6T motorhome. This one works, no struggles, went from 42PSI to 68PSI in about 2 minutes. You set the pressure you want and it cuts out once it's reaches the set pressure.

EDITED: Perfect, did what I wanted. This is easy to use, even for us women! I can do this, you can do this, we can do this 👍🏼. Lightweight, easy to carry around. Cable is very long, keep the tie that comes with this so it’s kept neat. Plug into cigaret lighter and turn on your engine. Enter your PSI pressure +|-Screw onto your tyre & keep hold of the tyre cap 😆 (You can check your max PSI pressure on the wheel, inside car door or your car manual) Press the switch on button. It will auto shut down once it’s reached your PSI pressure. Unscrew quickly and put cap back onto your wheel, do the other tyres if needed and then turn off engine. It only took me just under 2 mins to inflate my tyre from 20 to 38 PSI. Easy as chips, Bish bash bosh, Done and dusted! Thank you very much 😁 SIMPLES! I didn’t realise you could of used the extra part that clips onto the tyre instead of screwing it on, (the long bit with a clip) that probably would of been even quicker and easier than screwing on, even though it’s still easy! Explains why it said 36 PSI when I was unscrewing it off, let out a little bit of air, oops oh well. Edited part: This stopped working. Thought it was my car but clearly not. Checked the devise itself and the anything that looked out of place. All clear, whilst checking it out the chord near the cigarette plug had instructions for changing the fuse. Found my spear fuse that came with it and unscrewed it. You have to also use pliers as well (had to google what that was called btw) on the silver bit, (some of you nay have better grip than I do & won’t need pliers) it will unscrew there as well. No need to yank it apart otherwise the parts may fly away. I copied the picture on the chord and put the parts back together. Not too hard tbf just a little fiddly thats all. Plugged it back in my car and walla it worked. I also ordered a few more fuses just incase: 15a 30mm if you need to know which you can also order on Amazon.

Really useful little device and at a great price. It is very simple to use and does the job very well. Mainly use it to inflate my car's tyres but it comes with adapters so you can technically use it to inflate a variety of different objects. The inflation speed is not super fast, but about on par with bigger commercial devices you can find at fuel stations. It does make quite a bit of noise, but that is also as expected. It's small enough to fit pretty much anywhere in my car. Whether in the boot or even under seats. The main issue seems to be durability. While mine did last me over a year, I did not use it very often so I would say it probably broke after me using it for the fifth or sixth time. My particular issue was that it would no longer turn off, so technically it was still useable, however I would have to plug it in and out in order to use it which doesn't feel great and it may end up breaking even more. HOWEVER, it's definitely worth pointing out that AstroAI has a fantastic support and they were very quick to apologise for the inconvenience and send out a new device to me completely free of charge without me even having to return the broken one. So given that I decided to keep my review overall still mostly positive. It does come with a warning to not use it for more than 10 or 15 minutes continuously and while I did do quite a bit of inflating, I don't think I came close to this limit (I was aware of it and was taking care not to have it run for too long), unless it also includes time the device was plugged in but not inflating (as I had to move it around my car to inflate all the tyres which took a bit of time). Definitely worth being careful about this as this may have been the issue that lead to my device malfunctioning, so going forward with my replacement I will be taking more breaks between inflating different tyres if I have to inflate multiple ones and if a lot of air is needed.

Amazing. The pressure gauge having different setting (Psi, Bar, etc) has proven *very* useful - no more trying to convert Psi into Bar from my old compressor. It's fast (and effient) and the auto shut off at the requested pressure makes life sorting the car tyres so much easier. 4 tyres on the car sorted to the correct pressures in under 15 min - including setting the compressor up for the first use. I admit I didn't read the instructions - it was pretty self explanatory, but admit that the additional cable with the standard valve attachment did make life an awful lot easier. Very lightweight compared with the compressor's predecessor, and durability? Can't comment on that yet as this is the first time I have used it (in anger).

Great product. Fast inflation. Programmed to automatic shut off at the correct pressure. Bought for my 80 year old father (his tyres) and he says it's easy to use. Plugs in the cigarette lighter... sorry 12v socket on your car.

Great little pump fast aswel used mine plenty of times, it's compact so doesn't take up to much room ideal for the boot of your car

Arrived on time and works fine, may be a bit slow inflating R17 tyres from 29 to 33 psi

Excellent product. Easy to use and good value for money. I would purchase again.

The quality is inferior, the second time i used it the niple came off and now it cannot be used anymore

En resumen, un producto muy útil, eficaz y recomendable para tener siempre a mano en el coche.

El producto es muy bueno con nivel de ruido propio del tamaño del compresor, pudiera mejorar. Las lecturas son fáciles de ver y son muy cercanas a las de un compresor automático como de las gasolineras. Tiene muchos accesorio que aun no uso pero tiene muchas posibilidades de uso.
