Talking about the Multivitamin now, This is truly an all rounder. Almost all the essential nutrients are present in a single pill. Infact for most of the nutrients, it doesn't jist provide the minimum RDA recommendation amount, but a few percent more, which makes a difference in the long run. Its very affordable for what it provides. That is another reason to Love it. There might be a few more affordable options but I chose this specific one because it is one of the most comprehensive products in the market. Its herbal blend is also enough to make you feel the difference in a couple of weeks, unlike some other products which have more ingredients but in negligible amounts. Prebiotics and Probiotics are a bonus, they'll do wonders for your stomach. Only cons that I can find in this product (which is infact a common point in almost all Indian Multivitamin brands) is that it has negligible amount of Magnesium and calcium And It has Vitamin D2 instead of D3.
