Balanced energy
Has a strong leafy greens flavor. Claims to have a laxative effect. I have been taking 1 tsp daily and haven't noticed this. It does improve my energy but in an all day balanced way. I like this product for that reason. I have been eating it with eggs and spinach to cover the taste.

Love this stuff
I take a tablespoon every morning in my Kombucha and I swear by it. I do notice a difference in my energy and just overall feeling. It tastes disgusting on its on in water but I don’t notice it in the Kombucha. It also doesn’t dissolve so you have to stir a lot
