2nd edit: I love this pillow. I ordered the medium and then ordered the soft one. Both are good but, I favor the soft. There is no comparison with the cheap regular cotton filled pillows. When you lay your head upon these pillows, your head sinks down and the pillow keeps that shape around your head and neck providing great comfort. It truly is like laying your head on a cloud. These pillows are more expensive than the cheap ones - but worth every penny when considering how comfortable they are, along with the fact that you'll be using them every night for a long time. I've bought other pillows that supposedly have the same kind of fill - but none of those ones are as comfortable as these ones are. If you don't like a high pillow (stuffed full) then order the soft one. My husband likes the medium one better. He's bigger than I am and I guess that is why. I hope this info helps anyone considering buying one of these pillows. The soft one was a perfect choice for me. I'm very happy with the purchase. Just wanted to share my own experience (again) because some time has gone by and I'm still very happy with this pillow. It truly is a very comfortable pillow. End of 2nd edit Edit: I first ordered the medium fill pillow and found that I might like the softer one better. My son and daughter both love this pillow (when they come to visit). I ordered the softer pillow and I absolutely LOVE it! I don't like my head to be raised too high from the bed when I sleep. With this softer pillow (has less fill) I never had a pillow that was so comfortable. I highly recommend this product! I hope my comment helps others for deciding on which size to get. End of Edit *************************** I really like this pillow. It is expensive - at least for me, but well worth the price, considering you use it every night. I just got the pillow so I don't know how well it will hold up. Time will tell. You can squeeze this pillow (from north-south or east-west) all the way to the center and it holds that shape. So when I puff up the pillow and shape it to my liking it proves to be very comfortable. I wanted to mention I am very pleased with this product. Oh, almost forgot - I bought the medium. If this pillow holds up - I will be buying more for the whole family. I just want to see how I still like it 6 months from now.

This is the second pillow I have ordered from this company in the last couple of years. I get neck aches from pillows that are so lofty they hold my head at an unnatural angle. Even the so called soft ones do this. I thought this was alot to pay for a pillow, but think how much of your life is laying on your pillow. I got the medium and it has the perfect amount of squishability to conform to my neck and support it without the neck ache. I really hope they keep making these, as I WILL NEVER purchase another type of pillow. I LOVE IT!

So, I love feather pillows. It’s the only thing i sleep with. But, every other pillow I have purchased eventually just goes flat and feathers start poking out. And then I go through the whole process over again of purchasing another inexpensive feather pillow just to have the same thing happen. Frustrating. And then I found this pillow. First was the sticker shock of the price. Wow! A $150 pillow??? I mean really? So, after reading all the reviews both on Amazon and other websites, I pulled the trigger. Let me tell you this. That $150 pillow is worth every penny! It’s like sleeping on the best thing I have ever put my head on. Not one feather and I guess that’s due to it being down and not like the big feathers. Nothing pokes at you and no feeling of crunchy or something stiff like a feather pillow. Just amazing. And it stays soft, full and in shape all night long. I’m not up 3 or 4 times a night trying to refluff it. It literally holds its fullness all night. It’s like wrapping my head in a cloud of joy all night. And the best part, it stays cool! My head isn’t sweating. I don’t really have a sleeping position. I’m all over the place. I guess if I have to pick one, I’m a side sleeper mostly. I purchased the King size medium fullness and it’s perfect. I would recommend this to most sleepers. To me, I think the standard would’ve been too flat. Now for the only slight complaint. It’s not machine washable and it’s highly recommended to get a pillow protector. For this price, it would’ve been nice to include it. Bottom line! I know $150 is a lot for some to spend on a pillow but if you really have struggled like me to find a pillow, this will be the last one you purchase. I am very happy. So happy that I’m thinking of purchasing another one.

This pillow is great for those people who move around a lot in their sleep as you can constantly re-fluff it. However, if you want a pillow that stays fluffy all night, you may want a firmer pillow. We got standard and it was great for the kids, but when an adults' head was put on it, it went down to about 2" and stayed there until the head was lifted back up. We got this with the intention of it being for a side-sleeper who wanted neck support to not snore, but it left a little bit to be desired. If you have a lighter head (such as a child/teenager's head) that will be going on this pillow, it's highly recommended. Their head doesn't sink down and our 9 year old loves it. We just won't get to use it the way we originally intended to is all.

It was more than overdue that I replaced my down pillow but it is a hard thing to do. We get very attached to our pillows don’t we? But I unfortunately finally caught COVID this past December and that’s when I was certain I had to let go of my favorite pillow and invest in a new one. I knew it had to be all down content and I knew that would come at a cost. And I was prepared for that. I found this company and read all the reviews and decided yes this was the one I’d go with but then it came down to choosing which size medium or small. I ended up choosing medium thinking medium would serve me best for the longest. I’m a side sleeper. I wanted something that would support my head that I didn’t have to prop up on the sides like my old one that had lost its fill so it constantly need to fold it more under my neck. Well this medium was like a large. It was very full! And it seemed to keep fluffing. The down just kept expanding and I kept books on it during the day. I wrote in to see if there was a chance of exchange and I encountered a wonderful sales manager named Alex Millan that was more than understanding and helpful. He agreed to do whatever necessary to make sure I was going to get the pillow I needed. We exchanged multiple messages because I unfortunately came down with a repeat COVID infection but Alex stood by and made sure to not forget about me and my pillow needs. It’s crazy how when your sick and your in bed day in and day out and you hurt everywhere pillows become an obsession. And my pillow was my obsession let me tell you. I would lay there and imagine the perfect pillow. The perfect angle for my neck. The perfect density. Gosh it was my everything. And because my first pillow didn’t pan out it was frustrating but that pillow became my side hug pillow and I held on to that pillow through some very hard days. Well, this a bit of odd story I suppose. But this is my pillow story. Alex was my savior. He ended up gifting me my first pillow. My now hugging pillow. And sent me the new perfect side sleeper pillow. The soft pillow. It is absolutely the best pillow ever! Thank you Alex. I can’t thank you enough. I purchased this pillow about two years ago. At first, it felt comfortable and supportive, but over time (around 1 year) it lost a significant amount of firmness and loft. It no longer supports my head and neck properly, and I started waking up with neck pain almost every night. What disappointed me most was the warranty experience. The product is advertised with a 5-year limited warranty, but when I contacted customer service, I was told that loss of loft/support from normal use is considered normal wear and tear and is not covered. I understand that down pillows may naturally soften over time, but as a customer, I expected a pillow at this price point to maintain useful support for longer than two years. I also expected the 5-year warranty to provide more meaningful protection. I would recommend future buyers carefully read the warranty exclusions before purchasing, especially if long-term neck support is important to you.

20 years ago, I got some down pillows from my mom when she upgraded hers. I fell in love with them and got some more on clearance from the retail establishment I worked for a few years later. I’ve used those same pillows since then. I’ve washed them numerous times but it was past time to get new ones. I’d doubled them up in pillowcases to give a bit more support and oomph. I’d tried buying other types of pillows but no other material felt right and I always went back to my old down pillows. Down alternatives are always great at first but become lumpy, down and feather blends were pokey and not that squishy lofty cloud feeling I loved, but true 100% down pillows are hard to find for a reasonable price. My husband has tried foam and gel and all kinds. None seemed to hold up over time. I finally just ordered these. I went with medium support, and it’s just perfect. It has the fluffy but squishy feel I’ve come to know and love in my down pillows. It feels too high at first but it’s easy to conform to your needs and you sink into it easily. I actually woke up without neck pain for the first time in forever, so it’s giving the support my 20 year old pillows were lacking. They return to their super fluffy form quickly, I don’t have to reshape them constantly. These were pricey for pillows but 100% worth it for me. Will update if there are any issues later on but so far… So happy.

I bought a medium version of this pillow (the queen size one) and it was way harder than what I was expecting. I would describe it as "firm" if I was selling that same pillow. I was quite disappointed with it and ended up unfortunately having to return it. I also own a soft version of this pillow and I was hoping that the medium would be like the soft with slightly more filling in it. I find that the soft is too soft, I sink in to it completely and bottom out, and the medium I got was way too firm. There doesn't seem to be any kind of pillow that's in between the two levels which is really what I need. If they took the soft one and added maybe like 4 or 5 more big handfuls of down to it that would be what I'm looking for. The quality of the down in these pillows is exceptional, I just wish the fill levels made more sense. If the medium I got is a medium then I can't even imagine what a firm one is (it's probably as hard as concrete).
