Delivery driver sucks
Product is fine. Delivery driver just dropped my pkg at the first trailer he came too. My renters aren’t being paid to deliver my packages!!!

Good replacement kit. Bad toilet.
Replacement water valve kit arrived in good condition and was an exact fit. I was disappointed however, because after installing the replacement kit, the toilet still leaked. I honestly just think it’s a bad design because I’ve had to fix it several times. I just ordered a different brand of toilet. Hopefully it will be more reliable.

Buy this! Not a knockoff repair kit.
I had a valve leak on our 5th wheel toiler. My first purchase was a knock off valve repair kit. It continued to leak, in my opinion, due to inaccurate part tolerances. Second purchase was an OEM Thetford repair kit and I could tell installing it had a tighter fit. Works perfectly.

Worked great ( remove toilet to install) i did not till I couldn’t get it together then took it out fixed the toilet and reinstalled.

Our Thetford toilet would not stop filling the bowl when flushed and had to really hammer with my foot on the foot pedal so it would stop. I looked up what the problem was and it looked like it was the water valve. I had room so didn't have to remove the toilet to replace the valve and small spring. Toilet works great now, problem solved.

This kit fixed my leaking RV toilet that when flushed the water will continue to flow in the bowl. It was super easy to install, however I did look at some videos on YouTube before I attempted the repair. But it took me only about 10 minutes to replace the parts and about 15mins to take out the toilet and reinstalled it in the RV.

e announce is showing two sets of O-rings but the the product I received only had one set. It worked for me because the toilet only needed the one set.

Item received as described. Easy fix. I did not need to remove the toilet because i had the room to remove the flush pedal.
