Does this fit the medela solo?

I have the Medela Swing Maxi Flex and they fit, and that uses the same flanges as the Medela Solo (PersonalFit flanges).

Does this fit spectra s1?

Sorry ignore the above, I forgot that I had to buy adaptors. Without this, it is NOT compatible with spectra s1. Maymom sell adaptors.
