I bought this item for my husband specifically to monitor his Blood Oxygen and Blood Pressure. Not one time did it ever give an accurate reading. It always showed his BO as 98%, every time. He has never had a 98% level. He's usually in the upper 70's or low 80's. Never in the 90's. Yet each and every time he checked it, the reading was 98, EVERY TIME THE SAME. It was also very hard to stop it on BO. I would not recommend it to anyone. Blood Pressure was also very off.

The ease of set up and use is wonderful. The only complaint I have is the sleep monitoring. The watch does not capture my sleep correctly and i think it's because i work nights and sleep during the day.

Blood pressure is not accurate

Bought this watch because it’s a smart watch and has the heart/blood oxygen level monitor. It doesn’t read blood oxygen levels.... and is very cheaply made. I guess you get what you pay for and for $50 it wasn’t worth that! Used the watch for like 20mins and was not impressed at all. Have to watch to my 5 year old. Cool thing is it has a flash light and that’s about it! If you’re looking for a watch to tell time and that’s basically it. Then buy it. But for its specs... not worth it.

This watch received 3/30/2021 and first used on 4/25/2021 due to being a gift and will not even turn on 05/01/2021. Very disappointed with the quality of product for the price that was paid. Now we can't even return stating just 30 days of warranty if I would see the just 30 days of warranty would have never bought it. At least they should be able to replace the product.

I like this watc but it could be better. No wasy to enlarge viewing and the time is put in a spot that should be more readable. Not so easy to navigate.

It is easy to use and all the features seem to be accurate except the blood pressure. We found it was more accurate for me than it was for him so maybe it depends on the user. Also the fact that it is a wrist reading. Otherwise we are pleased with it and we are keeping it as the O2 is the most important reading for us.

El reloj es bueno tomando en cuenta el precio,, las indicaciones de Sp O2 y Pulso Cardiaco son muy confiables no así la T.A. ya que la Sistólica la muestra baja aunque la Diastólica es aceptablemente cercana a la real,, ojalá esto pudiera ser corregido.. en cuanto a los ejercicios le faltan varios entre ellos elíptica y remo. Indicaciones que si tienen otros relojes similares.

Battery lasts long. Blood pressure reading is really close to my spygmomanometer reading, hence accuracy is good. The built in flashlight near the dial is really helpful too. I want to buy spare straps, but I can not find it here in Amazon.
