Q: Are these bee pollen grains soft & chewy or hard & crunchy?

They're not crunchy at all. I keep mine in the freezer so moisture doesn't get to them and they lean more toward the chewy side. They're so small, though, that it isn't very noticeable if you're adding them to smoothies or other food.
