I like this product in sushi. Just wish it was pure wasabi. Enough said. Eat and enjoy. They didn’t lie in the label or description so I can make no negative claim about the product.

Authentic flavor. It is very strong, so a little goes a long way.

Nice flavor and good price

I 2nd one reviewer's concerns over this being only 1% wasabi. Not sure why this is even called wasabi, or uses wasabi, when horseradish will do (wasabi and horseradish taste similar). Color? Price? Natural combo I don't know about? It does taste really good, and I guess it's a good thing the company is honest about what goes into this when they could lie and just say 100% wasabi.I also 2nd another reviewer's advice opening this over the sink! Other than that, it's really easy to use, just sprinkle. Sprinkle! You don't need too much, so you could stretch these cans.

This is not Wasabi powder. It is horseradish.there is only one percent Wasabi in the mix which is not right.
