I work in a medical clinic, and the quality of these pens are above average. They last me months, and I am writing all day long. They are smooth and fit comfortable in both my hand , pockets, and collar. You definitely get your moneys worth, and even some. Would recommend to any student, technician, or fellow skinny black pen lovers!

I love the ultra-fine point and smooth writing. There is almost no dry-time and the pen feels comfortable in my hand. That said, I've had the tips crack and bleeding after a while, so they aren't the most robust pen in the world. Still a good enough pen for me to buy again, though.

love this pen. i didn’t realize i liked fine point pens until now. it’s comfortable to hold and it doesn’t skip whatsoever.

When I first used one after they arrived I was disappointed and thought I had wasted money, it skipped and seemed almost too sharp of a point. I put it away, then later grabbed one and started using it again. The more I wrote with it the smoother it became. It now leaves a very precise dark imprint with no skipping and I love it, so my advice is to grab a sheet of paper and doodle on it for a few minutes to get the point "loosened up".

No smear no bleed pen. Good quality pen from a well known manufacturer. I ordered from the Sharpie store front on Amazon to make sure I got the right product. I ordered the extra fine .38 mm as a gift for someone who loved the pen the first time they used it. I thought it was worth the money and not expensive as a 4 pack. After having used the pen myself, I found that the pen is slow and scratchy when held vertically for printing and script but when held on an angle it’s a smoother writing experience. So do I always want to print in italics? No. Do I always want to hold my pen at an angle? I do already.

Love these pens they have become my go-to for all my handwriting needs - which is limited as I am so digital! No smudging, smooth and consistent. Highly recommend

I am 42 years old, so I'm just the right age to stubbornly continue to write by hand when I'm able. And these are, without a doubt, the best pen I've ever used. I prefer a rollerball/gel pen to a ballpoint, and these write smoothly (with just enough of that tactile scratchiness one might expect from a rollerball), they DO NOT SMUDGE, and if you're using a higher-quality and thus thicker paper, they don't bleed, either, especially with the ultra fine point. I can't recommend this pen enough for anyone who enjoys a rollerball/gel pen. They're fantastic. I won't get another pen at this point, unless I literally have no other choice. (The 0.5 mm fine point is good, but I prefer the ultra fine point if only because I have very round, large handwriting, so it looks neater with the ultra fine.)
