Excellent and Perfect as shown (quality product)
The product was delivered on time and I'm super impressed by the design and the quality of this product. Its just way too awesome and worthy. Also the couch support has a massager inside it which vibrates and provide a kind of massage to your back while sitting. Its super comfortable I would like to appreciate Amazon and the seller especially for providing such quality product and delivering them without any scratch! Thank you so much ❤️

Overall satisfied.
There are little scratches here and there. Assembling the product was easy with the manual provided. The quality of metal used in several parts is of low quality as it gets folded when tightening screws. I didn't noticed for massager with the chair when purchasing it, so that is a good features. Leg rest is little low quality, it looks like it may break if I continue to use it. Overall it's little overpriced as I got another one for a friend having better quality plastic and metal which is 5k cheaper but lacks leg rest and massager in it.

Problematic and horrible Amazon fulfillment service, chair broken in 3 months
The package arrived on time but missing screws - L*4 (M6*20mm), M*3 (M6*35mm), N*4 (m8*30mm) I cant do anything to fix it. Amazon Support says they will cancel this and send a new one (which has screws). Why will i repackage 20kgs chair for a 10gm missing set of screws is hard to understand. Amazon support is otherwise asking me to buy screws on nearby shop (no one sells Sunon screws that fit this chair for specific specifications, plus there is no hardware store around,plus screws you cant get online for such loose quantity) I see others complaining about missing screws, but i went ahead as it was Amazon fulfilled. My bank gave me a birthday discount, and it will be void if Amazon cancels/refunds this order and asks me to repurchase again. Again amazon support says it's not their problem if bank discount is missed. Overall dont know why they stock this units and why they cant switch screws from another chair set in their warehouse. Plus call it amazon fulfilled to top it ?? Sunon service center isnt ready to help if purchased via Amazon. I hope vendors will have better willingness to solve customer experience and inspect units for parts as they get packaged. ****3 months of usage update: **** Despite soft usage, Handle was very loose despite screws bolted, Handle completely broken at 3rd month and underneath metal for nut position broken, shows poor quality, cant repair unless welded. Never buying sunon chairs ever. No warranty and service center doesn't handle this chair.

Good gaming chair for 11k The massage feature is not usable, very feeble On opening the box, we noticed that the leather seat was torn around the stiches! Seat width is too less, especially given the sides being slanted The leg rest is a joke, I will break if an adult uses it Cushion on arm rest has already taken the shape of my elbow, very bad quality But the chair looks good Good back support Base and wheels are steardy

Nice chair with affordable price
It is a good product if you dont want to spend too much money on a gaming chair. Assamble is easy. Quality is good. I am giving this review after two months of use

Convenient but not very.
The back support is good. The seat support is a little more on the thin side, hence it starts hurting for long seating sessions. The recline angle didnt work more than 135°. Not sure if it is problem with my item. Overall if you are not too heavy I think it will be a good item for you. Update: Broke after about 4 months of use. Joints were not welded well. Dont buy if user is 80 kg or above
