Celsius or Fahrenheit? Celsius would be fine. Fahrenheit those are some serious temps that would have personal opinions. Some people would be fine with just a beard while others would need a space helmet. This is a Balaclava and it’s thinner then some but the Balaclava in my opinion is the best first layer design to protect the neck face area from all elements. This is a kids size but is stretchy material to fit smaller adults. Kids would quit or die before their face would freeze at those temps.

Q: Will it fog up ski goggles when my kid breathes?

The material is breatheble，my son like skiing snowboarding and has not complained of foggy goggles.
