The active ingredient in CariFree CTx4 gel is sodium floride 0.24%. I see not evidence of milk/dairy products in the inactive ingredients. For a more definitive answer, consult with your dentist. My dentist and my ENT doctor both recommended this product, but I am not allergic to milk products.

Is this low foaming? Foam irritates my lips and mouth.
